When you do the download if it is about mb, then it is just the “Stub” installer, it will have professsional connect to the internet to do the rest of the install. If the file is about 2GB, then it is the standalone installer. You can also try to see if you can log in to MyAccount.
In there, there is an option to ofrice using a product key. If it will accept you key, then you will be able to download the “offline installer” same place as the “downgrade” download.
